GreenTeam of San Jose | Peterbilt 520 McNeilus NGEN Meridian Front Loader Garbage Truck

I haven't filmed a front loader truck on a commercial route before, and I figured this would be a good first trial video for it. Some words of encouragement from a couple of different drivers and a week off gave me the motivation to try a hand at it.
This is one of I believe 13-ish Meridians the yard purchased for both GreenTeam and West Valley operations. They were all purchased back in 2021 to supplement and replace the existing front loader fleet. Nothing too special about these units, but they seem to run pretty well. The only gripe is the standard forks with the hook on the end, which isn't ideal for some of the stops with multiple castor dumpsters.
This truck is also equipped with a Curotto Commercial Gripper, but at the time of this video was removed due to a crack in one of the grippers. Ordinarily he would also collect the 95 gallon blue wheelie bins that usually supplement the dumpsters at high-density stops, like apartment complexes. I couldn't film any of the cart stops as a result of the missing grabbers, perhaps I'll save that for a future video.
