Peterbilt 348 / McNeilus Rear Loader Garbage Truck

Heres a new McNeilus rear loader seen in the suburbs of Silver Spring collecting residential trash. These trucks were put into service to cover Potomac Disposal's routes because of lack of employees and equipment to service the routes. Be sure to watch until the end for a couch being packed!

That truck looks brand new. How do they manage to keep it so clean ? Does it ever visit the landfill to empty ?

At the time it was brand new, so that’s why it was so clean. Also, it dumps at a transfer station and not a landfill.

Damn, somehow I missed this one. So reading the description, were these Potomac routes that Bates was covering? Really sharp looking truck, smooth crew, really kicking ass through this route. Nice video, sorry for the late view, haha.

Haha no problem! Potomac had trouble covering all of their routes so Bates and Goode took over temporarily. Thanks for commenting!
