Big Bend National Park 12/22 EP3

In this episode three of our December, 2022 trip to Big Bend National Park we begin at Glenn Springs 2 backcountry campsite showing a quick video takedown of the ARB awning and VEVOR awning room. Glenn Springs 2 is a magnificent campsite with incredible 360 degree desert and mountain views from the Chisos Mountains of Big Bend National Park all the way to Mexico. From this campsite we drive the 2007 Hummer H3 in four wheel drive along Glenn Springs Road, River Road East, and River Road West, take in some hiking and views at Mariscal Mine, and continue our drive along River Road West to Talley Road, where we have lunch at the Rio Grande River at Talley Campsite 2. After observing a herd of Mexican horses and some large cat tracks, we returned along the River Road of Big Bend National Park, overland driving our way along the river and the border, and arrived at Rio Grande Village Campground where we spent the night.
