The negative is we lost yet again. Though I feel all the players tried their best. Our defensive line in front of Butland just is not good enough. The positive, at no point under Clement have we been pumped by Celtic. It has been very close and they actually are not that far in front. So thats tells me with changes we can compete. Clement will need to find a way to beat them. I think with a new defense in front of Butland, goal scoring wingers and another striker in to rotate with Dessers and Danilo and a cm and we will be sorted. The ones that need to go hopefully have played their final game. I don't hate them as people and they can hold their head high as they leave for giving their best, as today showed they are not good enough. So hopefully now goodbye Tavernier, Goldson, Lundstram, Borna, Davies, Soutter, Ridvan, Wright, Jack, Dowell, Roofe, Silva and Mclaughlin. Thanks for your efforts over the years. You have fallen short of the standard we need, but there are soke good memories, and they got to live the dream and try to deliver for us and nice wages. So they will be alright. Time for a new generation to get behind. Freshness is required. If Clement delivers a new team in the summer and we get rid of deadwood I previously mentioned then I will back Clement for the new season. He deserves credit for not starting Lundstram and we did better with Raskin and Diomande there. Hopefully we now say all the best to the old guard in their futures and those leaving.
Tav is finished, Ridvan looked like he was carrying bowling balls in his pockets the entire game and Cantwell can bolt right back down to Norwich as far as I’m concerned
Rangers have been playing so dir3ct leaving themselves open uo the left n right celtic canny press for 5 mins solid they need to stop trying long balls n they diagonals it doesn't work esp against celtic
