Really great video. Love your plants. The propagation techniques were explained well. I would just recommend listing what you used for the soil and just a bit on watering. Subscribed. Love the Philo just need to keep away from any pets that Love plants as they are toxic

I bought one with mealy bugs, like the silly goose I am. I’m trying to cut it apart and see what leaves I can save!!! I’ve been treating the whole plant for weeks to no avail
Hi, they are GORGEOUS! I was wondering what kind of soil you used. Please let me know. Also how much light they require. I live in Canada, don't have the luxury of having a balcony garden all year long. Thanks.
Any potting soil will work. I have additional perlite mixed in to provide better soil drainage and aeration and a layer of pebbles in the bottom of the the pot or saucer below the pot. This plant needs pot/soil with good drainage.
We love your videos. We switched the pot of our plant 5 months ago. Since than it stoped growing, no more new leaves and two leaves got brown spots, most of the other leaves look fine though, just look like they are hanging down slightly. We water the plant every 10 days and spray it with water slightly in-between. We really don’t know what we can do. Can you give us some advice? Thank you
I just got my red Congo a week ago, I was wondering why one of the leaf already a brown spot, kindly let me know should I do. Do you use fertilizer? Thank you so much for your interesting video I like it from Chula Vista California

Thanks for the tip. Btw, Tojo is Spanish for red. It is pronounce Roho with an h sound not a j sound. 😊

Hi Cora.., Brown means it needs more water. Fertiliser once a month only..
