That’s a beautiful philodendron, I’ve always thought the more “basic” philodendrons were underrated

I have this plant and it has coped with everything I have thrown at it ! Dark corners, light corners, cold, heat and moving house ! I have taken tons of top cuttings and given all my friends a piece and it still thrives. Red stem is stunning and it still rocks it ! Great , underrated plant - recommend it to total beginners wanting a tall, easy plant x

I just subscribed but am familiar with your videos in from my earlier research into the plant world. Idk why it took me so long to subscribe but when I saw your plant tour on Summer Rayne's, "Plant one on Me" I knew I had to tune into your channel regularly. I love your collection, creative displays of plants and design aesthetic tips, knowlege of plants and how you talk us through plant care of specific plants and share helpful tips. Thank you for creating amazing content and continuing to inspire us plant lovers. Keep being an amazing human!

Such a lovely philo & I think she’s way underrated. I have a “autumn” or “autumn falls”. From what I can tell she’s related to erubescens. The label said it was a self heading shrub. But mine seems much more like a climber. Now I’m really hoping mine grows like yours , and climbs . Time will tell, I really hope she looks like yours one day.

Where I love the vigor of a good pot spank, and wouldn't discourage that, could I recommend using a chopstick to release airpockets and encourage reasonable soiled density? Works for me

Sticking the philo into the same prop container as the pothos cutting is good! Pothos release something that actually helps plants root fast!! I forget what it's called, sorry. I do this and every roots super quickly!.

Even your Red Emerald looks dark! (Referring to Summer Rayne Oakes who called your Syngonium dark)
On Pinterest the Red Emeralds don't look nice and dark like yours.
    What's your secret, Nick? 😊😛
(But honestly, what can one do to get dark foliage like that?)

... Yeah ! ... I like that ! ... but I think your pot is just too big .. or too deep ! .. of cause your lady is growin' too long by stemen ... you should cut them roots from time to time .. like they doin' with those bonsai-plants ... this will stop exstent the stem ... Voila ! ... good luck ! ... it will grow in .. ' rock-water ' .. or .. hydroculture as well ...
