- Part 5 of my 125cc journey: From Briancon to Barcelonette. Highlights today: Mountain passes Col d'Izoard (2.360 m) and Col de Vars (2.109 m).
Bye the way: I'm going to upload the gpx tracks here soon. In case you also want to do the Route des Grandes Alpes trip. My gpx tracks will be 100% 125cc compatible, no need to worry about "will my bike really be capable enough.." I already did the worrying part for you ;-)
In case you've never heard of it before: The Route des Grandes Alpes is regarded as one of the most scenic motorcycle routes in Europe. I did the whole tour on a Honda Super Cub 125cc in summer 2023. Check out the playlist. - Auta a dopravní prostředky

@@yoshi125cc We are on the west coast of the US in Oregon. We have some beautiful roads here as well, but they do not quite match the awe inspiring feeling of the Alps. The combination of that majestic scenery and with the humble SuperCub in the foreground truly makes your postings quite unique. Thanks again for sharing.

Another enjoyable ride. I wish I had been riding my Super Cub 125 with you.. no mountains or snow here in central Florida.. LOL
Just give me a call when you happen to be in Europe, we can ride together :-) But hey, in Florida you probably can ride the whole year round without freezing to death? In Germany, the best time is from May to October.
@@yoshi125cc I think our best chance of riding together is for you to visit Florida. You can ride one of my Super Cubs as I still have two of them.. I rode one of the Motocompactos today at lunch.. a bitterly cold 18 C (65 F) ride..
