God bless you
You explanation is very good to understand Thank you
Thanks for the compliment, God bless you
Thanks for your explanation I really enjoy your videos and it has help a me a lot in my field of work as cctv installer.
Please my question is, is it possible to use jovision (2mp)cameras on Hikvision (2mp) dvr
Yes, you can combine them
can you add another ,1,2,3 wifi cameras and have multiple views using the mobile and pc app and does this app applies to this camera only or it can operate other cameras?
1. You can add many more cameras with multiple camera view on the phone.
2. You can connect to a pc software
3. The app works just for Jovision cameras
Nice job..Is it possible to set the AP address of the camera to be the same of that of LAN so that when you connect a laptop or desktop you do not need to change IP address
Yes, so you would have to let the camera rather connect to your WiFi to prevent having to switch your computer's network.
Good explanation. Thanks
I have the setup and enabled remote viewing but the data quickly finished spending about 2Gb every 45-49 minutes on turbo-net router, any suggestions please
Because your recordings continue even when you close the app on the phone, you may want to access the camera once in a while so that you don't spend too much data and also do your playbacks only when you are home whereby your phone will be on the AP of the camera in which case you won't use data in doing your playbacks
@@Tech_Inside_Out greatly appreciated thanks for your time and info
When using LAN , does the recordings save automatically on the inserted memory card ?
On default settings, the camera records to sd sd card
Is it posible to use the phones hotspot for the Cameras wifi and view on the same phone??
To have the camera use your phone's wifi will require that you will be within the access point of your camera but in a close range of that sort, you don't need Internet to access the camera.
Secondly, using your phone to provide Internet to the camera may perhaps be to enable another person elsewhere to access the camera.
On the other hand, you can't feed Internet to the camera when your phone's Internet is not within the access point of the camera
Pls if you know about fire alarm system, can you help us do a video on it
I will get to it.
@@Tech_Inside_Out alright, looking forward to it sir
@@julius.ololade Alright
I have a 4ch hikvision dvr with 4 cameras. I want to use the IP option on the dvr so I can connect this ptz to router with power and search for the ip addr3ss to add into my hik dvr. So I have 5 cameras onscreen. Will it work sir.
You said you have a 4 channel DVR. That means the maximum number of cameras it takes is 4, you can't exceed 4 cameras.
This camera can only be connected an NVR through hard wired cables unless you use a wireless nvr configured to pick this particular camera by AP.
@@Tech_Inside_Out oh wow.i thought DVR 7200 series has option to add up to 2 IP cameras. So I was thinking of taking that advantage. Whereby the ip camera will plug into router for data and separate power. Then in dvr configurations choose the IP side and input ip address to add another extra channel making it 5 on screen. I'd seen CZcams videos adding ip cam to dvr. Or in this sense this jvs router case is different. Lil englightenment pls
@swaggst I have seen devices that combine both Analogue and IP cameras, but I haven't really explored the hik machine you talked of. But if the manufacturer's manual states that, then it's doable. You can check your firmware if it supports that
@@Tech_Inside_Out thank you very much. I'll try out and give a feedback
@@swaggst Alright.
If the camera can be connected directly to available Wi-Fi, why still connect to LAN during remote view connectivity
A LAN Connection is not required to do remote view for the camera. You rather connect a phone to the camera through the camera's Access Point (AP) and then link the camera to a WAN in order to do remote view
