Dandylion's date is waiting for him?

A neighborhood stray has been talking to my cat Dandy through the window.
**Update**
About a week after this, I'd gotten to know the stray cat well enough to invite her into the house to live with us.
Her name is Isabella, and she's utterly friendly to everyone she meets, but fortunately she's also tough enough to keep mister Dandy from pushing her around.
She's very talkative, and demands frequent snuggles, and I'm thankful that she decided she wanted to be a part of the family.
