  • The plaintiff and the defendant are both board members at their condominium complex. The defendant physically assaulted the plaintiff one day and caused significant injuries, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant insists the plaintiff tripped and fell during a dispute they had regarding the building. The defendant insists he never touched the guy.

Some people chose to be victims. They refuse to take care of themselves, then they seek out excuses to sue others. I would doubt for one second that this guy took a dive on the ground all by himself. It is very consistent with his behavior and pattern. This will not be the first time for this guy. @@jojobee42 I hear you but then riddle me this. Why does every dramatic situation always- and I mean always lean in his direction? That shows he is cunning and crafty. It's funny how in this world, various mistakes, including in business tend to only benefit one direction e.g., for the store, bank, etc. People are often over-charged- not undercharged. People can have mental issues but then they "play" that to their advantage. Narcissism is usually at the core. They feel entitled because years ago they were victimized in some way. They are without conscious.
A persons mental development/maturity and very real aspects of their personality will often freeze at the exact age of when they had a major trauma. Our DNA gets encoded- much like how you can't remember a call last week- but you can remember your special birthday party 30 years ago like it was...say, last week. You can have a 50 year old who acts extremely immature when triggered. Education does not matter. I have known PhD's like this. Many therapists have deep issues. I have studied a bit of psychology and human physiology in order to heal myself from my injury. It is very interesting how the brain works. I suffered a brain injury- mTBI a few years back. It does change you and usually not for the better. If deep within, you are a kind person, you may get more of that. If deep within, you are holding anger, that can come out in many ways. It's naerly the same way some drunks can get very nice and friedly, and some are angry drunks.

A man that size and age WILL HAVE bad cartilage of the knees. That's guaranteed. As a doctor that's trained in orthopedics, this is a guaranteed diagnosis for anyone in his condition. Add the diabetic neuropathy, his falls and he's sure to have these problems.
