I have PCOS too. Exercising and being on a diet is something I can never even think of dropping. It is bad, it got me into depression. But ever since I've improved my lifestyle, I am a better person. More confident than ever.
Mine seven little habit that I should change Bit Laziness Over thinking on any particular topic Due to busy schedule I don't take care of myself Being punctual isn't easy.. I always be late sometimes 😝 Less consistency in study Not take proper n healthy diet And last one is I missed Helly's video sometimes 😄
Wow, some of the habits are already mine and I didn't even know how good I am. I am the type of person who is an decent extrovert who wants to be an introvert after many heartbreaks from decade of friendships. The people I grew up has changed so much that I can't believe how they could throw away my friendship. Sometimes being good costs alot so I try being invisible, neither good nor bad.

My week went so-so just studied and again spent more time on youtube which I shouldnt be doing. Again hoping to study more upcoming week as exams are getting nearer.

But everywhere you need the logics and theories of class 11. There are references to force due to electricity, due to magnetism Work due to electric charges, potential energy, kinetic energy, magnetic effect, properties... There's half a book, about vectors applications- which you probably would be doing in the first chapter of 11. Organic chemistry is much more vivid and memorizing in 12 than in 11 Mathematics is on a whole new level. 11 is just a trailer for the class 12 mathematics. We have vectors in mathematics, advanced application of hyperbola, parabola and ellipse on nearly both the choices in section- B and A both. Now say, if you dont do it properly in class 11, 12 would seem much labouring- basically struggling through the class 11 concepts. So work now and bear the fruits later... the experience says that👍

Give at least 10 min to your self out of your day to talk to your self, to love your self, to feel great about you, it just like to recharge yourself, in evening when sunset is going on. Or any time u like just give time to your self to conect your mind to your heart

Do you agree that reading out aloud novels regularly makes one a better speaker? One of my teachers told me in the class. Acc to him, it also improves one's personality. But reading out aloud takes too long to finish a book.
