Hi Joy! You look beautiful. Yesterday I didn't have the opportunity to tell you how great and amazing your performance was in Swany. I watched your performance several times!! You have come a long way... I have followed you for some time and to me it seems that you have improved a LOT, since you rehearsed with Vadim, even though you had the accident. I admire your strength, passion and commitment. No matter the falls, you always stand up. Thank you for sharing your love for ballet and Russia. I send you all my love and blessings.
Bayadere is one of my favourite ballets and this particular scene one of the absolute best parts of it. You were a wonderful Gamzatti showcasing both strength, but also a sort of almost childish/innocent softness which I loved. Your dramatic skills have developed so much just in the short time I've been following you and this was truly a proof of how far you've come. It was prima material - and so are you! Stay strong and inspirational. One day I'd love to see you dance Nikiya. I think you are ready.

I loved it, so wonderful. I really would like a "ballet mime 101" video at some point. I've read the ballet synopsis for each of your performances, but I think I'm missing out on some of the finer details because I am so new to ballet.

So good to see Sasha on stage again! She is such a strong and brilliant dancer. Wonderful at acting as well! This was also the best Gamzatti I've ever seen you do, Joy! Don't know if it is all down to you being able to take the fantastic energy of your recent Swan Lake with you to the Kremlin, or if maybe Sasha's brilliance helped you to step up your game. This has to be the most convincing, strong, and honest acting and mime I've ever seen in one of your videos! Whenever I wasn't 100% convinced by your dancing, it was due to your acting not being completely convincing for me (That said, as I've mentioned before: I always thought you were good!). But this was brilliantly acted. Joy, keep going on like that. Remember your mental state and thoughts you had during Swan Lake and during this and you will continue to dance brilliantly. Lots of love

Goodness you do play the role of Gamzatti well with your steely strength but did you say, back January, that you wanted to play Nikiya, a rather more lyrical and gentle part. Is that the main role? So was Timofeeva playing it this time? We were not shown enough of her performance to get a clear view of the ballet as a whole or why you would have coveted the role. Any chance we could see more of it.
You play strong roles quite well. Besides the steps, how much of your coaching focuses on acting?
"Gamzatti. What is in that box over there?"
"Oh nothing just my snek collection"

"No just no I only have four of them"
