Hi thanks for the vid .But just one question "Why does the husband pressure cook the jars for 3hrs " and then fill them with wild bird seed etc and then pressure cook for a further 1.5 hours surely the 3hr pressure cook is pointless as the bird seed would contam the jars once the lid is taken off
I got instant pot 8qt and it only goes to 12 psi and works great

We keep everything clean and sterilized, it's what works for us.
