Thank you so much for replying!I asked for my son (19), he was diagnosed with Hashimoto when he was 12, also celiac disease. Recently his blood test showed hyperthyroidism, doctors are just checking his thyroid markers every two weeks. I searched that it can be due to low B12 (no methylation ), I checked Homocysteine and it was high. He’s supplemented with B12 now and it’s getting better. Also he has LPR, so I thought he might have low stomach acid. (But he has a good bowel movement, and stools are huge), he’s very skinny, on Paleo diet, also taking ACV, bitters and digestive enzymes before meals.

Also, I know you've said that Beet Flow is the best thing you've found to help with bile flow problems, but is there something those of us who can't afford Beet Flow can use to help?
This is a good question and I've added it to my list to cover. And there is a section in my book for "What if I can't afford supplements". those steps are not as effective but at least they are something and you can download my book for free here: kickitnaturally.com/free

Good luck, but since you added this on a video about bowels not moving, be sure to address the other issues to most commonly lead to slower bowels like we talk about in this video if that is the case. Because Beet Flow alone won't usually do that: czcams.com/video/ALXsIqtqUHQ/video.html

Great job creating some improvements. We like to see people that are electrolyte deficient avoid distilled water, but if it's your best source of clean water, that might be a reasonable thing.
