    Great video, full of useful information. In addition, some other things you can practice for body-mind are: Qi Gong (release, move, and cultivate energy), breathing into lower abdomen (dantian) which is calming and increases energy intake, EFT (emotional freedom technique) to release stress/emotions, and also towards programming your mind, intermittent and periodic medicinal fasting (simply amazing for the body), CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) shows you where you are thinking negative and causing yourself stress and how to think positive.     I am 24 years old I have sinus tachycardia from the age of 20. I used to drink and smoke a lot and I used to be scared in every situation. I have high bp and high cholesterol from the age of 20 but because of yoga I don't think negative and I am having a healthy diet every day and I love my life a lottt YOGA has a power which we can't see but it's it's magical power. I am a shiv bhakt and I love mahadev and chants his name every morning. Be happy and love you exercise and a healthy diet😊❤

      @@Anupriyahegde I was facing this problem 3 to 4 yrs back but now I m only facing palpitations so I went to cardiologist after some test doctor said I am having high blood pressure problem or you can say pre-hypertension.

    Sometimes when i feel stressed imidiately start doing shambhavi asana and try very hard to calm down and even get angry at myself for not being able to acheive peace within, i just don't know what to expect from yoga asanas now.

    Thanks for this great video. I only wish it could have helped my mom before she had her heart attack but, she is doing much better now. Women's symptoms are drastically different from mens. We either chalk our pre symptoms up to a cold or the flu. This is not always the case. Take care.

    I'm 24 and i have diagnosed with MVP. It's so frustrating that i can't do activities like before..panic attacks and anxiety is happening every day now and aggravating hypertension. Also heartache due to mr though I have trivial mr.

    Hello madam I watch your vedios regularly. But about a six months back I recovered from covid since then I have continously fear and sometimes palpitation and the other day I was watching something serious scene of a program and I developed perspiration on all over the body and felt a little weak for short period. This unknown fear like fear to visit a bathroom etc is there only at night time. I never had it before but now it is there. How can one overcome it and what is this happening to me. Can you please help.

      Dear sandhya,
      I had the same thing. Even more than that. For 9 months i have suffered. Now by the grace of God i am ok. I would love to share with you that how I recovered because only suffered people will understand the pain. First of all Always remember that once any one born in this world will definitely die. If we fear or dare , no matter we will die. Why should we live sad think fearful life ? Negative energy can’t attack you until you let it happen. Forget about past, live in present & don’t be anxious about future. Now read carefully & make it practical.
      When you sleep, just before your eyes fallen sleep in the night, say in your mind that i am ok, God is with me & i will wake up with positive thoughts. When you wake up lay for 2 minutes, then sit. Drink a glass of water. Activate the energy channels in your body. Clap your hands for 9 times. Pat under your both armpit 9 times, pat inner joints of both elbows 9 times. Now your energies are activated. Do deep breathing exercises for 20 time after brushing teeth. Inhale slowly, hold for few seconds then exhale slowly and longer than the time you inhale.
      Inshallah you will be ok if you practice this daily. May Allah help you to recover fast. If any help. Please let me know

    Hi Ma’am. My husband aged 34 years suffered a massive heart attack 4 months ago which lead to severe damage in his heart muscles. His LVEF has come down to 34%. Also, he is facing irregular heartbeat problems. Please help Ma’am. How can I help him extend his lifespan? He never had smoking/drinking habit.
