My Belarus AS250 is the newest tractor I have. It's also the most cumbersome to use tractor I've ever sat on. Every thing about it is backwards. It's much better than not having a tractor for sure , it's just tiring to use.
Great idea and learning lesson about cables and thickness and it's importance....made a world of difference👍👍👍...dont have tractors or any implement but principle is universal to any vehicle👌👌👌...Great tractors first I've ever seen too🤔🤔🤔
Thank you so much, I ordered the biggest 1400 amp battery as everyone told me thats the problem, but I bet it's the mass switch as the new switch just burned up! I will try to get some cables!
The 250 and 310 use two 6 volt batteries in series, the gear reduction starter is a huge upgrade and highly recommended, it starts it in seconds even without using the decompression, with the decompression it sounds like a turbine engine starting up lol
Curious to know what success you would have had just doing a good job of cleaning all of the connections and keeping existing cables. Scrape inside of battery connections scrape battery posts etc.
It may have helped but by doing it this way it eliminated 2 battery cable connection as well as a set of contacts inside the master cutoff switch...in addition I don't even think the original cables are solid copper....I did the same thing to mine when I first got it...almost 20 yrs ago
If you have fuel getting to the injection pump but no fuel to the injectors then I'm guessing it is the injection pump? Have you tried loosing the lines on the injectors? They should spit fuel when it's cranked over, maybe you have air in the lines? There is a Belarus Facebook group, I'm sure they know way more than me. Good luck and I hope you get it fixed!
I just had this problem and it was the banjo bolt on the 2nd fuel filter. The tiny hole on the flat surface was clogged and ones I pushed some wire and said through it I had fuel where I needed… unfortunately it’s still not starting 😂
Yes it originally had 2 6 volt batteries, one large 12volt battery seems to work well though. Some people even run 2 12volt batteries but I don't think it's necessary
I'd run a single group 31. Id parralell two group 31s if it was still tired. 31s are industrial batteries 950cca each. A ground cable from the negative terminal on the battery to the starter body is honestly where I'd start.
That negative cut off wow... piss poor design. Remember electricity flows across a conductor NOT though it. You had the right idea, ground cable from negative terminal to the starter body.

Sounds like it's time to go tractor shopping 🚜🤣
Thanks for watching
I really appreciate the very thorough explanation. That’s a very clever fix!
Looking forward to future videos. I want to see what all the levers and knob do as I have never see one before. I will stay tuned!
Yes I will go over all the controls this week, there is a lot to cover lol
Thanks for watching

Hope it works for you
Good luck with your project 👍
A couple group 31s paralleled should start about anything. Keep in mind rigs with 12-15 liter engines start on 3 of them.
Coast to coast. A cable from the starter body to the negative battery terminal helps most old vehicles and machines start easier.

Sanding off both surfaces where ring terminals make contact is also a good idea.
Yeah I should have, it was just pure laziness
Basically you need to change battery switch an throw out that old starter and put new one more efficient.
Молодцы, очень интересно

We have a250as and are not getting fuel to injectors, fuel to filters and to pump?

For some reason, every time you see one of these tractors they look beat to death. Why don't people feel they deserve to be stored inside?
I was told it was supposed to have 2 batteries?

Yes I do not know why they have that switch, don't know what they were thinking
Perhaps, if you learn how to properly use the decompression function.........
Looks like an old HTZ T25
Not looks like, but it is T-25.
