Stay tuned for many adventures featuring this Action Trackchair ST model.
Me being a 53 year old guy, who lost both legs and having ALS and loves to be outdoors, even in the snow, THIS would be great. Can only do so much in a power chair.
Contact the North American Versatile Hunting Dog Association with the Tracks2Wings program!! They take applications for their Action Trackchair program, which gives disabled sportsman these awesome products!! Contact them here: Track2Wing@gmavt.net for an application and more information

Did the kids like it when they went with mom and dad?
@@ForeverSweetKris yes they did!

wow. I have a matching rainbow jacket like the deliverywoman is wearing. And
I thought I had only one. Small world!!!!
Awesome video thanks for making it! I'm hoping the demo a chair like this next week for my CZcams channel Rollin with Henry
Semper Fi dude and I'm in a wheelchair myself.
Semper Fi James!! I made 8 1/2 weeks at PI but Muscular Dystrophy said it wasn't meant to be for me. I am however a lifetime member of the Marine Corps League and trying to do what I can to support veterans in any way I can!! Right now I'm working on raising prizes for the prize table for the 11th annual Semper Fi/ America’s Fund Steel Challenge Benefit Match which is an organization that spends .93 cents of every dollar on actual veterans in need. My body may be failing but it won't stop me from doing what I can!! My heart though will always love the Marine Corps!!!
IM in Australia & would sell my 1 good right leg for one of these.
Your one lucky guy. I could only dream of one of these chairs. I have cmt can't walk to good.
Contact the Tracks2Wings program through the North American Versatile Hunting Dog Association in Vermont! That's how I was able to get this awesome piece of equipment. Track2wing@gmavt.net is the email address for them. They have an application you need to fill out and have a couple of letters of recommendation as well.
Does this only help Vermont residents only?
@@donlandin250 they help people across the United States!
I tried so hard to get the VA to buy me one as I live off grid on 20 acres. But they would rather spent $20,000+ on a standard chair.
If you're interested in the application process, feel free to email the following track2wing@gmavt.net and they can send you an application. The Tracks2Wings program is how I was able to get my chair.
I'm disabled like you, I need a wheelchair badly, please help me
❤ Looks good. Just curious as to whether it can also be used indoors, and whether it climbs stairs? What kind of batteries does it use, and what’s the speed? Is it available in the US, how much does it cost, and is it covered by Medical insurance, or are they still stuck in the dark ages? BTW: Congratulations and thanks for the demonstration. Stay blessed.😊
I'll do my best, the ST is too wide for you to use indoors, depending on your seat size, you'll be looking at anywhere from 37" to 43" in width. I think the narrow is feasible for indoors but you'll have to check with Action Trackchair about that. Stairs are too steep and are a tipping hazard. It has two lithium deep cycle batteries that power it. It has a maximum speed of 3mph give or take and they can go up to ten miles on a charge. As for insurance, they're still in the cro-magnon era of evolution. Thanks again and hope it helps.
How do I get one I'm in a wheelchair
Contact the folks at Action Trackchair (507) 532-5940 and they can help you out.
Thank you for the video!!! How are you liking the chair? i'm looking for one myself. Thanks for the heads up on the program that assisted you. Be well, stay safe.
I've had four opportunities to take it out. There's a learning curve like learning how much clearance you have under it, what angles you can take, how much battery it takes to go up hill. But, I really appreciate having it! It's big game hunting season and I'm learning even more now.
does it freewheel for transport on planes?
It has a free wheel option for times that the batteries drain completely. I have not taken it on an airplane because it would be difficult to transport it at the destination. We have a trailer for traveling and purchased a cover for it. Also, remember that even in free wheel mode, keep your speed down to 3mph when towing or pushing your chair. Good luck!!
@@redneckgimpreview My Quantum Q6 can go on the plane. I am thinking of this for a general run about and maybe a trip to Europe, Q6 for doctors appointments
