This dresser was hidden in a stable after the owner gave up on trying to epicycle it. I took it home and completely transformed it into a modern boho statement piece with very unique custom legs.

You work full time in a hospital, you study full time at school AND you have a youtube channel which you upload to every week?? Damn, that's a serious grind. I subbed to you about 10 mins ago because I've seen a few of your videos now and I love them. I wish you all the success. Your hard work deserves to be recognised and applauded. Huge respect.

Just for future reference, if you soak the cane webbing as well before cutting it and stapling it in, it's much easier to work with and then as it dries it tightens up. Just be sure to use enough staples that it doesn't pull taught strangely. Very cool transformation!

Very interesting. I like your creativity and conceptual development. I also love the way you recycle other "extras." When you pulled out the wicker cane I got excited. I love that stuff. We did some of our kitchen cabinets with in--as inserts. It is kind of tricky. My husband had never used it before either but it turned out great. We did bamboo veneer on the cabinets. With bronze hardware. So the wicker cane was stained dark brown. It looks fabulous. On this note I know how the cane is supposed to look. Yours needs some more work, kind of puffy! You have to pull it tight, staple and then cover up the staples on the inside. I like your out-of-the box modern legs. What I liked to have seen you do is put that stain color from the legs some where else on the dresser. That would tie it all together better. I would have done a dark brown stain on the legs and on the cane? Anyway, my two cents. I'm just a retired graphic designer. But I do know basic design!
