Since we've already gone over so many groups that don't get along with the Inquisition (or otherwise interact with the Inquisition a lot in their lore) do you think that we could get a video on the lore of the Inquisition themselves?
It could be nice to look at their origin and the most important/ridiculous/anti-common-sense stuff that they've done, especially since we have heard so many stories about the Inquisition in other lore videos without talking much about the Inquisition themselves.

But the Inquisition needs to maintain its status and powerful influence. Without it they cannot do their jobs which is literally one of the few things keeping the Imperium together
No Inquistion means the Imperium falls long before the 1st Black Crusade, maybe during the Great Scouring. The Guard is the Anvil, the Custodes are the Shadow, the Astartes the Hammer and the Inquisition the Silent Laser
That is why they attacked both the Space Wolves and the Celestial Lions. The only people that are above Inquisitors are the Custodes, High Lords of Terra, Guilliman and the Emperor
Chaos invited the Tyranids into the Milky Way thanks to the Heresy. The Nids are keeping the Imperium, Eldar and Necrons busy while feeding Chaos with their destruction and making more people desperate to join Chaos
Chaos Daemons, including those from Slaanesh, from the War in Heaven are much more powerful than most Daemons after. The Eldar Empire had to ally with a few Necron Dynasties to survive Chaos 65 Million Years Ago
Chaos never uses its entire power against its enemies in 40k, Fantasy and Age of Sigmar
One very easy way Horus could have won his Heresy is him getting more support from Chaos
Had Abaddon been bestowed Drach'nyen at the start of the Heresy the First Captain would have drastically changed the outcome:
-Abaddon kills Loken, Mortug and that Techpriest on Isstvan III. The conflict is much shorter with much fewer casualties for the Traitors (The Knights-Errants are fucked without Loken)
-At the Drop Site Massacre he kills Artellus Numelon, Shadrak Meduson, Nyoka Sharrowkyn, Gherith Arendi and permanently kills Vulkan! Again he kills a lot of Loyalists and greatly reduces Traitor casualties in a bigger scale compared to Isstvan 3
(With Vulkan permanently dead and his body handed over to Fabius Bile the Salamanders dissolved as a Legion and start being harshed and dysfunctional. Artellus Numelon being dead means he can't trade his life to bring Vulkan back)
(Without Arendi, Bile's Enhanced Warriors kill Corax. Both dead Primarchs are used to create more geneseed and more Enhanced Warriors)
(The Shattered Legions are much less effective without Shadrak's leadership and hit-n-run tactics)
(Without Nykona Sharrowkyn the Sisypheum is destroyed and its crew killed long before they make it to Luna during the Siege. The Sons of Horus retain the Primaris formula and begin mass-producing Chaos Primaris Space Marines)
-Drach'nyen teleports himself and Abaddon into the Webway breach and they slaughter many Sisters of Silence, Custodes, Mechanicus Forces and Knights. Dorn is forced to commit Conscripts, Imperial Fists as well as himself into the battle. They all die but gave enough time for the Psykers to be sacrificed and allow the Emperor to temporarily leave the Throne. Abaddon and Drach'nyen teleport out of there
-Abaddon later slaughters the Knights-Errants, kills Russ and butchers countless Space Wolves. Abaddon is sent to assist the EC and DG against the White Scars killing many Sons of Khan as well as Revuel Arvida/Janus before teleporting away.
-Blood Angels and White Scars are slaughtered at Beta-Garmon. Sanginius and Khan are overwhelmed and torn into pieces by the Traitors
Horus wins the Heresy in a very one-sided way. And that isn't the only easy way he can win

It's one thing to make an example of people that think they can challenge your authority, but it's an entirely different case if you commit treason or fuck with things under the aegis of the few people that can use your authority as toilet paper to do it. Priorities; you can't aid the enemy or risk antagonizing the fucking Custodes to hurt the CLs. The former makes you Traitor Inquisitors and the latter makes you Liability Inquisitors, and according to the very accurate word of the Inquisition neither of those exists (Blam! Blam!).
