Bro I have the same problem, when I got into first is so hard and second is somewhat less harder. But 3rd or 4rd is way less. 5th is easy. And reverse it like farts before going into gears
if u are above 5km its going to be hard thats just how the shifters and gearboxes are made,u can try doing it at like 2-3kmh,and then at 5+ it probably wont go easy!
You are moving it will not return to 1st unless you have slowed to below 5mph, its a safety feature, if you could return to 1st gear whenever you wanted you would most likely destroy your gearbox.

I have trouble going from 3rd to 2nd, it doesn’t always want to go down
