West Michigan retired county law enforcement officer here. On Lake Michigan, Ottawa county. I regrettably arrested Spoiled Rich Caucasian kids like this often on our lakes. Their parents would just pay a fancy lawyer, pay the fines. 🤬🤬

Besides the fines that their parents will pay, the litterbugs should have to do 100 hours (or more) of community service picking up trash on beaches or helping a marine clean up crew. A punishment for a crime.
