We all do 7 in a row.
Shifts need to be improved, as drivers feel the strain.
A day off every 3 to 5 days is essential.

From end to end how long do you drive a route
Routes vary, but they are around 50 mins to 1 hr 30 mins long for each journey. There and back is 2 hrs to 3 hrs...sometimes 4 hours when traffic is bad.
@@DoubleDeckerAnton when I was a bus driver we had to learn every route for first Aberdeen obviously the routes are not as long as London
