I was near there when that happened, and was wondering what all the commotion was? Ludicrous that LAPD can go around blasting innocent folks, and just get away with it.

Ok what about the girl who was shot by these trigger happy police while trying on dresses for her birthday and died in her Mom's arms?? That family should be unfortunately awarded as well they found no wrongdoing in killing an innocent person shameful. to know your target and beyond doesn't apply to these trigger happy police who will shoot at their own shadow and an acorn. Yes both were accidental and both shootings could've been prevented why shoot at a coward who's already endangering the lives of others than you have these thugs with badges come and act like the wild wild West and start shooting while innocent bystanders are near.
