Todrick is immensely talented. He sings he dances he choreographs he writes his songs he arranges them he directs them. He does do a lot of stuff in drag but he doesn't consider himself a drag queen. He is a judge on RuPaul's drag race. Todrick absolutely adores The wizard of Oz the dog in the video that played Toto is actually todrick dog Toto. There is a behind-the-scenes video for this. Todrick makes behind the scenes videos for almost all of his videos. From his multi video story called straight outta Oz. He has a video titled low featuring RuPaul. The only song that really went commercial for him is lips hair hips nails. Todrick went to high school with Mitch Kirsty and Scott but was about 3 years ahead of them. One reactor said that Avi had a hand in arranging this
Both Kirstie and Mitch spent years in musical theatre as they grew up, and it really shows with her performance in this. Love it every time I watch it!
I think they all did. Mitch met both Kirstie and Scott in theater when they were between 8-10.

Loved your reaction. You can see Kirstin in all her glory and power in Say Something, Shallow and Oh Holy Night . Her belt in Oh Holy Night will blow your socks off.
She shows her gentler side in Pure Imagination/ Christmas Time is here. She also wrote and sang the lead roll in Live Me When I Don't.

Todrick did another collab with Scott, Mitch and Kirstie called Black and White- it’s great as well. 2 other excellent Kirstie songs are Rather Be and her original song Water from Popspring 2016.

Thank you for your insightful comments. You're the first reactor (of many, many I've seen) that pointed out the change in color scheme from Kansas to Oz. I haven't even seen any comments made about it either. Great catch! Other Kirstie musts are "Shallow", "Please Santa, Please", "Be My Eyes", "O Holy Night" (2024), "Amazing Grace", "My Favorite Things", among others. BTW, PTX Christmas songs are acceptable year round.

Great reaction! I don't think I've heard anyone else who noticed the change in color saturation between the beginning and when Dorothy arrived in OZ - nice catch!
Todrick is a great fan of the original WoO, and that inspired him to create this mini version using contemporary songs for most of it. I think this was pretty much his baby from the start, but since he knew PTX and their musical theater backgrounds, he was able to get them to do the project with him - and Kirstie absolutely nails all of her parts! We don't often see this side of them in their music videos, and they all really shined.
Kirstie and Todrick have another connection - both appeared on Broadway in the musical Kinky Boots, although their times in the show didn't overlap.
Appearing on Broadway was one of Kirstie's lifelong dreams, and I'm so glad she got the opportunity to do it. It also seems to have helped her confidence in her singing - there's a noticeable change in how much more she's willing to put herself in the forefront of their videos since she did that.

Lovely, lovely reaction! I think this was Todrick’s project from the get-go, supported so well by PTX. He has known some of them for years as he attended the same high school in Texas as Scott, Mitch and Kirstie, although he was a couple of years ahead of them. He’s totally talented as well and has appeared on Broadway in Kinky Boots, the same musical that included Kirstie among its cast, although not at the same time. He was also a guest on Superfruit a few times. He did a superb job of producing The Wizard of Ahhhs, and Pentatonix, as always, brought their A game. I loved watching this with you! Peace from Ohio …

Although Todrick graduated high school in 2023 from one high school, and Mitch, Scott, and Kirstin graduated in 2010 and 2011 from another high school, they all basically grew up in the same town. Just a little bit of trivia, lol! Great reaction!
That echoing effect you have on the audio is really irritating. I's rather the video was blocked than messing with the sound, I'm afraid, Ginger.
I did nothing at all to the sound of the video. I have never manipulated the music on any video I've done, so I am not understanding your comment. I just listened to it myself and it sounded normal to me. No one else mentioned an echoing effect, perhaps it's on your end?
