Bud i’m going to give you a little advice if you want to keep the Trench from flooding too bad you’re gonna have to dig a drainage hole down the length of the trench as deep as your arm and reinforce the sides using logs metal roofing or wooden boards and as for flooring try using a couple of pallets if you can get your hands on them
Make sure to get a metal detector to scout the ground for electrical cables, pipes first so that you can dig safely instead of being electrocut*d. Also get safety boots, helmet.

As for what you can do... if you carve out the sides and reinforce the walls with sticks/clay and make it deeper, you could maybe make it into a party-box of sorts (some people put shipping containers underground for similar stuff, idk if you'd be able to go deep enough to stand and be able to get out tho w/o a ladder). Or you could make it a lot wider, deeper, circular and then stack trees in a ring to make a hut to watch stars and stuff. Maybe make some log-based benches and sand em' down, if it's big enough you might even be able to do a fire pit for s'mores and friends (would have to be pretty big tho to not burn all the oxygen around the fire)
