Ditch the cindeblox or get allot more and build an above ground structure. Have a secret door that opens for the bunker for when theirs a large horde and you need to hide. Find a way to be able to see whats going on outside and i think itd be a somewhat survivable shelter. Also add layers of security such as spikes trip wires or rattle fencing.
I think it would be a good idea to fill the Cinder blocks with cement because it needs to be more insulated because I guess it's cold at night out there also more resistent and layer yhe walls inside with metal plates maybe get a oil lantern or ect in there too.

Lived in the woods my whole life. If it is flowing, it is NOT safe to drink. The number of things wrong with straight drinking water in the woods is insane.
ngl I'd go in a waterpark to survive most of them have food stands so a bunch of food and then water you can grab a mat and go down the water slides for fun. They wont usually be looted because its a waterpark not a mall. You have tons of spots to hide alot of exits
