    That's a pretty decent presentation for people who have actually spent time thinking about their diet and what they put in their bodies. If you think of your regular Joe, people need more examples of what a day of healthy eating looks like. That said, the one beneficial specific "thing" she did mention - coffee, yay!!! - there was a piece of advice contradicting what she'd said earlier: Everything goes through the liver first. The amount of chemicals used to decaffeinate coffee is insane. I'd not put it in me. Same for decaffeinated tea.

    Kombucha tastes amazing !!
    I tried Kombucha on myself (I have SIBO and I make kombucha myself at home) - and it REALLY helps to relieve my symptoms (not sure how much Kombucha helps with PBC).

    sorry but vegetable oils are high in Omega 6 which competes with Omega 3. it's better avoid most of vegetable oils expect avocado oil, extra virgin olive oil or virgin coconut oil.
