I love JJ’s goodbyes to TG and GF. Those three really did love each other. So much real emotion comes through in those goodbyes. Laura’s eye and face flooded with tears and Luke cutting looks and hugs short so he doesn’t fall into a puddle of tears. The real tears flowing from JJ eyes as he looks into the faces of the two who “raised him up as an artist.” The love was just palpable and i am so thankful that the writers gave us this bittersweet gift. Luke's hatred was the problem, nothing works well in an atmosphere of hate. Laura fell in love with Luke as a different man, a loving man. His hatred broke up his family. It is very dark.
@@sallymiller1359 - Yeah "had" being the operative word. Laura came from money but never had her own. Her parents were wealthy physicians but Laura was out of the house at such a young age, first marrying Scotty and then Luke. When she married Luke at 19 years of age she had no real money of her own and her and Luke never had a big income together in the first decade plus of their marriage because they were on the run for such a long time.
Sorry but you are wrong about Luke. Like I said on other threads, (well maybe you're somewhat right because it's what the writers forced him to be), Luke was lied to 3 times by Laura, and hit with a terrible rewrite of the rape, not to mention have Laura running after Stefan. Too much to handle. Not the same Laura at all either.
Lucky being recasted by Jacob Young is how Jonathan Jackson left GH in 1999! I get why Taggert and Luke believe it was Marino who started the fire but the reality of it Lucky fell asleep with candles burning next to the curtains and it was a quick fit if Lucky had put those candles on a dresser instead of a nightstand then the outcome would of been totally different further more he had nothing underneath the candles with
I can't stand this, and I am slowly getting through this part of it. It's tough, but it was good to see Luke man up for a minute from about a little over 27 minutes in. But, I have to play this in small increments, because it's so dark...

Why did JJ leave? It was his decision right? I never was able to watch during this time. And only some of the videos here & there.
