This video is a perfect example of just how different DH racing is without Rob Warner

Oof. Nothing against Andrew but...yeah. It's not the same without Rob screaming himself hoarse.
Same with Crankworks, good racing but not half as entertaining. Is Rob staying at Red Bull?
I like Needles but the clueless sidekick presenter for this one was pretty bad.

The broadcast is a little lackluster without Rob and it would be really nice the see Loic’s full run - especially that second section where he gained a couple seconds.

Yeah the commentators are not very alive, it felt like a roommate narrating the event. They need more energy and charisma
Rob Warner IS the voice of downhill and XC..... its just not racing unless Rob is commenting... just boring without him.... such a shame UCI sold out to Discovery.....

Just watching these highlights while on my lunch hour at work makes me wish I was on my 29er right now
Interesting to see how especially important the rear shock set up was so important. On that dry dusty Rooty course even with professional setup many of the pros bikes rear wheel was still hoping quite a bit. It was noticeable most on Bruni's and Brosnon's bikes as their rear wheel bounced up over that larger root, although they're also braking hard before the left-hander too.
Dang, watching the pros float over the technical stufff is just so cool

I’m going to really savor Rob Warner and Val do sole. He is still under contact with Red Bull so these mediocre broadcasters may be our future when downhill goes to discovery

This is the most coverage I've seen of the entire race.
UCI. I can't fathom what the logic is to sell the broadcast rights to an entity who NEVER broadcasts the race in the USA. You're just pissing off fans in presumably one of your largest markets.
But hey. I hear downhill racing at ski resorts is huge in tropical 3rd world counties so good thing you didn't geo block their feed.

Interesting how DH clothing downsized in recent years. Aerodynamics over style?... Looking at Bruni, he had the most skin tight clothing. No flapping in the jersey whatsoever. At those speeds it is worth a few tenths at least...

Please ditch floracing in Canada, I dont know anyone who is willing to subscribe for a year to watch the World Champs. We are getting left out in the cold!!!! Canada wants a PPV event and ROB calling it.
These commentators thumbs down , the racers deserve better hopefully they get some great people to call the racing. This was boring compared to Rob and his crew.
