Can we just take a second and appreciate the photographer at the beginning. Look at that stance on the fencing!!!
Need Rob Warner for this commentary
Mona Mitterwallner in loop 1 on the 21st place, finished in the top 10 on the good 7th place. For me, she’s the silent winner of the „rider of the race“-award (if thre existed such…). Bravo Mona!❤️
Bravo 👏 🇫🇷
the beauty
Does anybody know if it's a full suspension or hardtail race cuz I saw a mixture of both hardtails and full suspension setup
They could make their own choice.
wow.. hardtail win..
PFP MAX TRIHARD
29 hard tail, most efficient cross country bike. Light, less to go wrong, hones your skills and efficient, each stroke goes to your back wheel......not bobs you up and down!
Anda muito Pauline ferrad
Gosh, those women are fit.
Nice to see Haley on the podium! WHAT happened to Kate Courtney this year? Is it the Scott bike, injury, something else???
think kate will come back ... its such a stacked field in ladies xc ,, so many strong riders , and new riders coming up .. she has been getting stronger this last season . we will see how 2023 season is ,think she will be back in the mix ..

Yup - whoever edited these clips together either wasn't paying too much attention or has a serious sense of humour.
This commentator has a style very similar to the commentator before Rob Warner took over. Calm, collected, objective. I prefer Rob's wild commetary, but this new commentator has a nice nostalgic style.
if by nostalgic style you mean deserving of a nap, then yeah
These new commentators are not an improvement. Bring back Rob and Bart!
First
Bravo 👏 🎉🍾
Yeah she didn't win Jack all year, and this is her 1st win. Give me a break...
2nd win, she won the XCC World Championship on Friday, nobody has ever done that before. What an amazing effort. Bravo Pauline!
I've followed cycling long enough to know it's always worth asking questions, but there are clear answers here too.
PFP has a history of focusing on one race and tailoring a program that will bring here to top form for that one point in the season - she learned years back that she can't do several peaks in a year or sustain top form for a month or more like some others can (and those lessons cost her a lot). So she plays the cards she has, and her history has the answer to your questions... if you ever wanted them.
In interviews she stated often enough that 2022 is completely focussed on world champs in her country. She was the big favorite for a lot of people and she delivered.
