There could be an opportunity for you in Harvard to teach Tagalog as the language is now being taught in Harvard.
Of course they won't hire a foreigner teaching Tagalog. They would hire a licensed teacher , Native Filipino.

I'm not sure if you have experienced it, but a lot of telephone customer service agents today are actually AI. It would take you a couple of minutes before you realized that you were having conversations with a machine. Many people would have hung up not knowing the person they spoke to was not really human. It's impressive.

Another amazing video, Jared. I really do appreciate your hard work. I sometimes cringe though when I hear you say “jowa” when you’re referring to your ex-girlfriend or to “girlfriend” in general. The word “jowa” although acceptable but it’s very informal and at some degree can be disrespectful. “nobya” is more formal and more appropriate when talking about a “girlfriend” in a formal conversation setting. “Nobya” is a Spanish word but we spell it in Tagalog.

Born and raised Filipino lived in the Philippines 15 years before moving to the States I'm learning some new Tagalog words from your conversation like ex never knew in Tagalog because when I was in the Philippines I used taglish when I hear bisaya I catch lil words like hearing Mexican speaking I catch lil words and I kinda assumed and understand lol much props to you guys ps taglish is ok😅

Yes correct sir asul derive from the spanish word azul, but the tagalog word for it is “bughaw”, berde or green is also from Spanish word the tagalog word for it is “luntian”, or “lunti”.
