The first channel (not videos) I started watching was JeepersMedia back in 2008. I didn’t have an account yet till 2014, but CZcams has changed a lot since then
7 years ago 8 year old me was scrolling through you tube, honestly i don't even think i knew how to use a search bar. But i stumbled across a young Irishman with true passion for what he does. And i couldn't respect it then but i say this from the bottom of my heart jack we all love you, you have all helped us grow as people and i very well doubt i would be the same person i am today if i didn't stumble upon you 7 years ago so jack i would just like to say thank you, thank you for your dedication and thank you for being here with all of us through our hard times weather you realized it or not you have been here for us through thick and thin
Ey when i was about 5? I remember your soccer videos and little inferno, i was at my grandmothers house watching them and you kept me entertained for many years decade later and i am still watching. Thank you for letting me enjoy my free time for as long as i can remember, for a time period i wasnt allowed to watch ya but i still managed to sneak time in. Regardless your a great guy. Proud to say I’ve been watching Seán for 8 long years. I remember being 8 years old hiding my iPad under my pillow from my mom so I could stay up watching his videos. Being 16 now it’s crazy to believe I’ve been watching someone grow and develop as person for that long as I did myself. @@deaddrop3772 I don't really think anybody does- but he has stayed true to what makes Jacksepticeye a great channel, he still makes playthroughs of games he truly enjoys and he still has a connection with his audience, even though it's grown exponentially since the beginning. (But that's my opinion, yours might be different :) )
@@unappealingairbender To me, I always thought his younger years of CZcams were more entertaining. It felt like he was putting on this persona of what Jacksepticeye was. But now it feels like he is just recording himself doing things normally. The persona has kind of vanished.
@@deaddrop3772 to me, the persona fading is a sign of him becoming more comfortable with his platform, and while I loved his earlier videos, I can't help but feel some sort of gratefulness for him trusting us with himself (seperate to the persona). Oh and also this isn't meant to offend you or anything, I just think it's kind of cool to have a viewer base evolve with you through the years, y'know?
Whenever I go back to older videos I always forget how slow he said those words. Man is my childhood and I remember so much and have learned about so many things and games thanks to the “Top of the mornin’ to ya laddies” guy. Love Sean and all what he’s done!

I started my CZcams obsession when my son was born in 2020 and I had my maternity leave during the pandemic, it’s safe to say I watched so much jacksepticeye during that time that he’s the reason I did not go insane. I still constantly watch him in my free time and he is by far my favorite CZcamsr. We appreciate you so much!

I’ve only been watching for a few years now, and I don’t always have the time or energy to comment on something shortly after it’s released, but I just wanted to say how thankful I am for this channel. Particularly these past two years, there were times where your videos were the only bright spot in my life. And it’s always been so…inspiring? Heartening? It’s just always been so SOMETHING that you understand what it’s like to struggle with anxiety, depression, adhd, deaths of loved ones, and seeing you manage to still keep going. As someone with all of those experiences too, it’s inspiring and reassuring both - and the laughs certainly help!

Can't remember when I started watching Sean because my childhood was pretty- crazy. I just know when I think back he was a huge comfort when I was somewhere in my pre-teens. I'm 19 now and though I don't watch as regularly as I used too, he still brings me joy and comfort and it's amazing to be here. To have seen all the changes, the challenges over come. Honestly just... The time that's passed I can't believe.

I’ve been watching Seán since 2017; which is bittersweet, since he’s gone on record saying that was his darkest year on CZcams. When the strain began to show, I’d only been subscribed for a couple of months, yet I was immediately concerned for this Young Irish Lad I had never met in real life. And now look at him! He has multiple voice acting credits to his name! _Actual acting credits (Free Guy, Poppy Playtime, I.R.I.S.)!_ He’s a writer, director, producer- HDWGH, 15 Months, I.R.I.S. AGAIN! And what completely boggles my mind is the fact that, despite his success, he still feels honored to have been on _The Late Late Show_ twice! All of this and I’m only just now getting to the fact that we, as a Community, have raised millions of dollars for charities with Seán himself making sizable contributions every time! I started watching you after losing my siblings (we were triplets and had already lost our parents which left our older brother to raise us alone) and you helped me get through all of it, hell I'm doing better than most people in my situation thanks to you. Within these 9 years, you helped me get through my grieving period, depression, silence, loneliness, and you even slightly filled the the empty hole that my siblings left when they died. I started watching this channel when i was still living in an abusive home, still in grade school, watching every upload religiously. As of yesterday I received an offer for my dream Art and Animation degree in a completely different state. You have been with so many people on their journey and i cant thank you enough for it. I, like many, have come back through the years on days I wasn’t feeling great and on days i needed someone on the tv to work on projects with. From 6th grade to second year of university, 9 of the 10 years, I am happy to say we got here. We did it. And I am so proud of every single one of us.

I've been watching since I was 9 man. Back then, I had only one hour a day on the internet, and I exclusively used it to watch the daily two Jacksepticeye videos. The fact that I've been watching Sean's content for half my entire life now is incredible; aside the fact that I've scarce missed any uploads. The content released from the Jacksepticeye has undoubtedly shaped the lives of many of my generation and it's effect cannot be understated. Hell, some of the people in my same position are now giant CZcamsrs in their own right and have become who they are today via these videos.
How much Jack cares about the community and not what's "popular" with other other channels is what makes him so great. It really does feel like we're interacting with Jack way more than with other CZcamsrs, and that's very special. Thanks for 10 years Sean.

(But that's my opinion, yours might be different :) )
@@unappealingairbender To me, I always thought his younger years of CZcams were more entertaining. It felt like he was putting on this persona of what Jacksepticeye was. But now it feels like he is just recording himself doing things normally. The persona has kind of vanished.

I’ve only been watching for a few years now, and I don’t always have the time or energy to comment on something shortly after it’s released, but I just wanted to say how thankful I am for this channel. Particularly these past two years, there were times where your videos were the only bright spot in my life. And it’s always been so…inspiring? Heartening? It’s just always been so SOMETHING that you understand what it’s like to struggle with anxiety, depression, adhd, deaths of loved ones, and seeing you manage to still keep going. Can't remember when I started watching Sean because my childhood was pretty- crazy. I just know when I think back he was a huge comfort when I was somewhere in my pre-teens. I'm 19 now and though I don't watch as regularly as I used too, he still brings me joy and comfort and it's amazing to be here. To have seen all the changes, the challenges over come. Honestly just... The time that's passed I can't believe.
Happy 10 years man! Only a handful of people can really say that. Been here since 2016 and haven't missed an upload since, ever. No matter what, I'll still always be here. I’ve been watching Seán since 2017; which is bittersweet, since he’s gone on record saying that was his darkest year on CZcams.
When the strain began to show, I’d only been subscribed for a couple of months, yet I was immediately concerned for this Young Irish Lad I had never met in real life.
And now look at him!
He has multiple voice acting credits to his name! _Actual acting credits (Free Guy, Poppy Playtime, I.R.I.S.)!_ He’s a writer, director, producer- HDWGH, 15 Months, I.R.I.S. AGAIN!
And what completely boggles my mind is the fact that, despite his success, he still feels honored to have been on _The Late Late Show_ twice!
All of this and I’m only just now getting to the fact that we, as a Community, have raised millions of dollars for charities with Seán himself making sizable contributions every time!
I could literally keep expressing for hours how much Seán, and this Beautiful Community, means to me!

I started watching you after losing my siblings (we were triplets and had already lost our parents which left our older brother to raise us alone) and you helped me get through all of it, hell I'm doing better than most people in my situation thanks to you. Within these 9 years, you helped me get through my grieving period, depression, silence, loneliness, and you even slightly filled the the empty hole that my siblings left when they died. I started watching this channel when i was still living in an abusive home, still in grade school, watching every upload religiously. As of yesterday I received an offer for my dream Art and Animation degree in a completely different state. You have been with so many people on their journey and i cant thank you enough for it. I, like many, have come back through the years on days I wasn’t feeling great and on days i needed someone on the tv to work on projects with. From 6th grade to second year of university, 9 of the 10 years, I am happy to say we got here. We did it. And I am so proud of every single one of us.
Id love to see more of these vlogs! And yeah, honestly, I agree! The connection vibes that used to exist have definetly gone down since 2017. I'd love to see you bring it back!! It's a super fun feeling in my opinion!

I've been watching since I was 9 man. Back then, I had only one hour a day on the internet, and I exclusively used it to watch the daily two Jacksepticeye videos. The fact that I've been watching Sean's content for half my entire life now is incredible; aside the fact that I've scarce missed any uploads. The content released from the Jacksepticeye has undoubtedly shaped the lives of many of my generation and it's effect cannot be understated. Hell, some of the people in my same position are now giant CZcamsrs in their own right and have become who they are today via these videos.
