I am a certified colon hydrotherapist and RN in Virginia. This information would revolutionize medicine if most of the nation's doctors weren't controlled by mainstream germ theorists. God bless you Dr. Martindale.

There's no money in preventing inflammation. There's only money in treating inflammation

The medical industry does not want to solve this issue of information because there would not be money made. It would break the pharmaceutical industry.

Round up! They have known how dangerous it is for many years. It is a crime against humanity.

I am an MD and recall using probiotics when I took some antibiotics at the age of 18 in 1976. I spent years as a locum MD baffling the doctors practices prescribing basics such as psyllium, probiotics, magnesium, common herbs, actually curing people of their chronic ailments. Food is medicine and the highly processed foods and vegetable oils are toxins. This was a great talk. Thank you for normalizing low technology curative medicine.

I wish doctors treat patients based on lifestyle and dietary habits rather than focussing on medications all the time.Would make a big difference.

When I watch these American lectures about food, I’m reminded of how lucky I am to live in Europe. It’s not perfect, but most of our cows still graze outside, our hens are salmonella free. My county is full of pigs lazing in the sun and I mean, field after field. We have very high standards of animal welfare, even though I rarely eat meat. (Yes, I know PETA would disagree!) We have a wide range of fruit and vegetables grown across Europe. I must remember to be more grateful. Thank you for an interesting talk.

“Let food be thy medicine”. The quote that sent me down the forbidden rabbit hole that big pharma tries to scare people away from.

This is the first YT video I’ve run across of an MD Speaking many truths that need to be made public! I’m very impressed with him, probably because I’m a Nutritional Therapist and know almost everything he’s speaking about! I recommend this video highly to everyone and if you have questions, please find someone in this field to ask so you’ll understand that this man might help save your life someday with what he’s trying to teach in this video! Bravo 👏!!

"Maybe the gut is the source of multi-organ failure related to unregulated inflammatory response." BINGO. I've found that making small changes in my diet and fluid intake routine helps more than anything. Eat smaller portions. Drink plenty of water all day long. Don't eat after 7 pm supper. Explore the wide variety of fresh produce you've never eaten. Eat more beets and winter squash, fresh greens and broccoli. Stop the sodas and lessen the amount of coffee. Cut the sugar burden completely. Find hobbies and interests and stay out of the kitchen. Good luck.

Refreshing to hear a doctor explain health issues so honestly. This is what the world needs. We must all educate ourselves and share/teach others how we can prevent or overcome health challenges naturally, the way God intended it to be. Thanks a million for sharing this with us. Change is necessary and it must come now.

This was a great presentation. I witnessed the devastating impact of poor gut health with my sick husband who ultimately died from sepsis. What I saw validates the Doctor's analysis.

So good to see a senior doctor with such broad perspective taking steps to wake us up to the power of the human body, given the right nutrition, to live in health.
