I've been wanting to mix in some camera content. For now, my go to lens is the 15-35. For closer shots I like to use the 24-70 and more recently I added a 50 and 85 f/1.2. Absolutely amazing lenses too but haven't yet mastered them.

I have a tech bag, too. In my case, I used to travel abroad a lot as an auditor, and I will be again when the world returns to sanity. I do take my work laptop with me, but since it's a very security-minded company (I needed UK SC security clearance to join), so I can't do any of my own work on it. So my work laptop will go in overhead storage, with my tech bag fitting under the seat in front.
I am quite used to foreign hotels with a single power outlet, and I want to be sure everything is sufficiently charged. I have an Iniu 20,000mAh power bank (the biggest capacity allowed on a plane) with PD, and a Twick PD charger with folding pins, and my checked luggage has a universal plug converter in it. I have a 1TB SanDisk Extreme Portable SSD, my 2020 11" iPad Pro (a new M1 11" will be arriving tomorrow), Magic Keyboard, Apple Pencil, Surface Arc Touch mouse and AirPods Pro. The only cables I need are a USB-C-to USB-C and a MagSafe charger for my iPhone 12, The whole kit goes into a weatherproof TomToc shoulder bag, which has a separate padded compartment for the iPad + KB and two front pockets for everything else. It's light and slender enough to fit under an airline seat.

@@PatrickRambles Like you, I do photography and some vlogging as well (I have a Sony A7R II), but I don't take my camera kit abroad with me.
For me it really depends. I recently went to Portugal and I planned to film there so I brought a full camera bag. But for a regular trip or a business trip I might just take a single camera or none at all.
@@PatrickRambles I have a camera backpack standing by with plenty of room for different lenses, flash, hot shoe microphone and cleaning kit. Abroad, if I see anything worth shooting, my iPhone camera isn't bad,
you can fit the macbook pro 16 and the ipad 12.9 with the magic keyboard?
Yep, it's a little snug but it fits. The Intel 16" that is, I'm not sure about the M1 16".
Hi Patrick, I'm wondering if you've had any issues with your recommended portable Samsung T5 ssd working with your ipad pro M1 12.9? I've got a new ipad pro M1 1T that I'm having trouble saving .procreate files to . . . it used to work with my 2020 ipad. I can't find any answers and have reached out to Procreate, Apple, Samsung. Any thoughts?
Hi Jamie, unfortunately I can't give you an educated answer. I'm currently using the Lacie Rugged SSD, so I can't test the T5 on my M1 iPad Pro for you.
