@Made Right America: Hi dude, there's no reason to give up the things you've been interested in and making trips with your recumbent bike is reason enough to live. Add some batteries, because ten batteries are much too little. The recumbent is aerodynamically better and even better a velomobile would be, but they're expensive! There are videos of a crazy german guy going everywhere with his velomobile, like from Germany to Spain (2000 miles). You'll have to fill your recumbent with batteries or you'll be stuck on hills! I do like this kit unfortunately I followed your links and checked I'm actually quite convinced that there's something wrong with my ability to do reasoning here I'm looking at probably 15 different options and they look like different brands and instead of wheel sizes.
If it was possible could you link me to specifically this kit and I'm a bit confused shouldn't I be able to buy this kit and then select a tire size?
The main thing that wasn't covered in this was how to go about deciding what model and ordering

That's nice but a motorized bike is cheaper and faster but harder to assemble, how long does the battery last on the fastest speed

It's one wheel drive. Front wheel drive. It's more complicated but you can make a 2 wheel drive bicycle to go faster faster. Of course. Double the power being used in a way.

Pity they don't do one to replace a 26" x4" wheel for a fatbike, a point though, Banggood wont deliver the IMortor conversion kit to the UK at the moment for some reason best know to themselves.

Is there a way this could be used without a smart phone? Is there a way to piggyback an additional battery?
