Surprising everyone at a car show with our V8 Datsun 240Z!

- 3 weeks ago this Datsun was Orange and looked a bit boring, 3 weeks later we revealed the new-look Drift Games 240Z at the Old School New School car show in Ireland looking very different. Stanced wheels with BC Coilovers, a full wrap and widebody were just some of the mods!

Did you guys know you copied the look of @95_drifter Z? Except his was #95. Or was this an accident?
@@MK4_PADDY hardly a build they wrapped it an added a few things with wheels
@@therealbanksea is it factory clearly not so it’s a build yes they didn’t do all the engine work with dog box etc that is not standard so still a good build
Stephan’s pulsar is definitely worth the trip west for a full feature! Nothing left untouched and years of and ongoing home built road going track screamer!

I'm from Spain and me and a few friends went to the show while we were in an student exchange for three weeks in Dublin. Best day in the whole exchange and probably the best car meet I've seen in years - I even bought a driftgames t-shirt!

The mk2 mx5 is my own car, thanks for the kind comments. Correct about it being the new Mazda soul red crystal but it was myself and Robert Robinson @painter_rob_88 of what used to be the Park Motor Centre who did the paintwork on it!

The quality of cars at this show was unbelievable. It reminds me of an amazing show we have here in America called Riverside Chattanooga. I think you guys would absolutely adore it if you ever could find yourselves in America around that time of year. Usually in early April! The 240 looks mad as well, keep on killing it boys!!

20:59 is an ascona 400 not a manta ahaha but fair enough cause ye arent into them. One of the rarest cars in ireland i think theres only 2 genuine and ones a rally car.

The interior on that first Mercedes is mental. That Mazda red is called soul red. Wayne's 180 is unreal and the z looks infinitely nice black and grey than it was orange. Great video as always.

The AE111 was made a few years before the s15 was released so it was more like Nissan took the inspiration off Toyota for the s15 chassis

Well done! Your front side markers are on backwards. The idea is to create a flat line across the side of the car. just flip them over. Aerodynamically it looks like it makes sense. But you'll see what I mean. Cheers!

Please don't rush builds. Enjoy the design and idea process. Bolt on arches are the worst mod you can do in my opinion. Just makes me think of any hatchback owner trying to fit wheels that dont fit and look cheap and tacky.
The 240Z came with these arches as a factory optional extra. Very different to a hatchback

Before. The car was a perfect balance of modern while retaining the classic. It was a modern classic. Now it's been tricked out into a fad-mobile. Heartbreaking.
