Yes Robbie was excellent as the host. So relaxed, courteous and kept it moving extremely well and just at the right moments. A real pro. Plus you just know he watches all the teams meaning he has some knowledge about them. Personally I'd like him to keep the role. Also, because he's arguably the biggest name in the world of fan channels, he looked and felt equal equal to Jamie and Gary in terms of recognition which gave him authority and created a better balance.

Well he's like that on his CZcams page too. I prefer he be here than Buvey at least. But, I'd have any of the guy from City xtra, Steve MCFC, or Ian Cheeseman here over Esteemed Kompany (fella in this video).
I did it once, to McKola, about Ronaldo...then after that I think I spoke for about 3/4 minutes tops answering questions, and everyone else interrupted me mid point lol. Not that I minded, cos its a debate. People only say this cos Carragher said it once adn set this idea that I talk more than everyone else, when I literally don't. Trust me, I felt insecure about it, so I timed it. ha. I really don't. It's just cos I'm a City fan so its stuck... ah well.
I loved robbie as a host, he looked so natural, him and Josh hosting together would be class!

Gee this show just gets better. Real footballers that can communicate and have a sense of humour and fan channel leaders that are both professional and real. Fantastic
Seriously, Robbie is an excellent host. Cool, calm, collected and a good listener. I honestly think he should be a permanent fixture in this role. He comes across as if he's had years of media training. His pace, politeness (yet decisiveness when moving on), and clearly broad knowledge and most of all his quiet authority is so slick.

Embarrassment of riches yes, BUT they spend their money wisely. A total cut above the rest of the big 6 in the premier league. They buy players that fit a model and system their manager wants.

@@johnleighty6564 They undoubtedly do spend it wisely but the embarrassment of riches is the net spend. City's is the highest in world football since Pep arrived. They dont need to and dont reclaim any of it back from sales, barring maybe this summer. The reality is it is a near endless pit of cash that will always leave them on top and were it not for Liverpool in recent years the Premier League would be little more than what fans have criticised the Bundesliga and Serie A for being, a one team league.

Really enjoy these. The only thing I would say is that it would be good to get a Palace spokesperson in. I for one thought Viera would fall flat on his face at the appointment and they've actually surprised quite a few. There's plenty to talk about with some of the contract situations but given how well they did last season and looking OK so far this season. Would be nice to get them spoken about a bit. From a blades fan.

As an Arsenal fan I am hoping that while everyone is at the World Cup Erling Haaland stays home eating ALL the mince pies and turns up on Boxing day at least 20 pounds heavier. I also hope that City fan takes a breather. But, I can imagine how excited he was to talk about his team to these guys.

As an Arsenal fan, I get your point. Although, football fans are often universally fickle. Don Robbie is a diamond, he's our fan legend. Grew up watching him in our lows, now great to see him smile with vigour. I love the guy.

It's the same feeling for Barca fans. Both teams are undergoing their toughest phase in decades (albeit United's has been more extended). We want to face good teams and although we're top of the table we need to prove that we can do it against pedigreed teams.
