The 90's were the best years for Knotts even after Cedar Fair took over in 1997. That was also the name year the X-K1 left the park. The Grand Slammer and Tampico Tumbler left Knotts in 2003. The Parachutes time at Knotts ended in 1999/2002. Earlier this year, Jaguar got repainted back to it's original red color. I think 2017 should be the year for the Parachutes to return home. They should also take part of Silver Bullet out of the water and revive Reflection Lake.
Jaguar I think used to be such a popular coaster back in the 90’s before the bigger coasters took over especially HangTime and ghost rider. Riding Jaguar now looks a bit dangerous cuz there’s a couple parts of the ride to where the track is very close to the Silver Bullet track IMO
I loved the parachutes at knots but they did scare me a lot. You go way up high in a super ancient parachute cage thingi, and of course my dad would scare me by saying something like “whoa… did u hear that”????……. (Acting like he heard something wrong) 😂
What the heck! Nobody had video cameras back in the 90’s and if they did, they definitely didn’t bring them to amusement parks! THIS IS FREAKING AWESOME! THANK YOU FOR THIS! SO COOL! A treasure for sure 😍

I’ve been looking everywhere for footage of Walter k steamboat but almost impossible.
