The point of the video is this
Stop saying I used to
or I wish I still did but would be rubbish
I have lost a lot of my skills and a lot of what I could do and more But I will regrow those talents and work on what I know and applying to doing.
this is really just a sample of what I did, after 5 rounds last last three minutes.
it also felt.good to do it and start the come back. hopefully my ability will come back
Keep on going!! I'm starting over after a 10 year layoff....I'm shocked at how much my hips locked up...do what you can!!
@@RussellLeatham absolutely, and you too. It's a case of working with what you know and improving
Good for you lad, your kicking up instead of around, try turning over more and take a step back 👍
@@azzy9966 Thanks will do that. To he honest most of my.training used to he pad training when I was younger. I did use bag nut not much. Need a person to hold pads haha
Fair play man!!! Keep going.
When throwing the kicks, have the toes of your left foot rotate from pointing forward to pointing to the left on impact.
Think 12 to 9 on a clock. Right angle.
💪
@@redrizzla1989 I will follow that and work on it and many thanks for your guidance
Don't stop brother
@@Abhinav123able only way is forwards and many thanks for your comment
Good for you brother! Thats that fighting spirit in man!
@@thomasjefferson3449 thank you I appreciate that. It is going to take a long time to get even half way near what I used to be, but hey its a good goal
Keep on keeping on!
@@RustyDiamond thanks I will do

Great way to do Cardio, much more fun than pounding a treadmill
@@Paulmanning1975 yeah it really is I am starting to get a little more fluidity to it
Really good stuff man. Never give up. I like the attitude. Remember to turn those hips and step sideways or into the bag when you throw the side kick
@@crazycontraptions1249 yeah absolutely on the Hips, I need to chamber it more. I will get clicked in
