Alot of European fighters throw the fist up method of hook and some American fighters throw it palms down. The palms down method seems to be a bit faster for some reason especially when throwing a quick in Close counters shots

Yes he has belts yes he has a good record but the belts aren't in prestigious promotions and his record is padded heavily

I have seen a number of great KO's this way in MMA but personally I think the shoulder is injured easier with this method.
