Incoming blooper, on my 10x10 squats 60 kilos on the bar. Upping things each time the 10x10 gets easier Wait to the end, you know your glutes are growing when this happens

10x10 became too easy so switched it to 5x20. that last set was a bit of work. will be adding on a bit more. key focus is flexing the quads and glutes and making them flex to lift and making them work rather than just squatting and shifting the weight. it really hit me nicely

Fair play man!!! Keep going. When throwing the kicks, have the toes of your left foot rotate from pointing forward to pointing to the left on impact. Think 12 to 9 on a clock. Right angle. 💪

Try go parralel. From your form it looks like your quads are weak so your lower back is compensating. I recommend front squats to remedy this they did wonders for me

No they were squats and done properly and just to point out 60 kilos altogether. Before you make a statement I would suggest you learn to count.maybe a blunt statement but honestly I'm not playing around with people. If you have a serious question ask it, don't disguise an insult as a question and we might actually have more of an understanding

Part of my resistance cardio element training. 10x10 followed by 2 more stations Elements taken from Thai boxing. The resistance element and main muscles hit lower abbs inner leg obliques and also the core has some strengthening element as well not only that it strengthens the knee joint. The idea is explosive on the strike and smooth quick but controlled movement back . 3rd set was sweating

With thanks to the guy who did the spot, I may have to get a knee support . The spot was good, only a stabiliser which is what I needed. 140 kilos on the bar, the bar is 20 kilos soooo that's altogether 160 kilos that's 50 kilos above my body weight after 5x5 of 120 kilos on the bar. Man I shook but got it done

Thanks it literally was an after sets bonus found the reps and sets a little easier. Gave biceps and triceps their own day. Want to get them up a little. Seems to be working tris are starting to pop
I'm doing an arm day at the min. 3 exercises each, 6 sets total on biceps, same on tris

@@harrythomas1434 thanks, I was proud of it myself I wasn't counting the bar in that weight I don't usually do that , this Monday managed a 140 squat on the bar 160 if you count the bar . Many thanks for the comment

I hate it when I don't have a proper cradle, but I found that with clever editing, I can usually still make them work. In regards to your training, I have to ask, are you possibly trying to serve two masters? You are trying to get big and be lean at the same time, and I wonder if that isn't shooting you in the foot a little bit. I find that for me, I have to focus on one or the other. What if you just focused on getting as big as you can and then do a proper bodybuilding cut? Anyways.... I wish you could make it to Vegas. That would be so awesome.

Today was not the best day, was late to the gym, however I decided to do a full body circuit abbs obliques and pushups 10x10x10 then went to do the Thai knee strikes with cables . Afterwards I did 10x10 of these in the video and a nice person was like whoa those are awesome and you've done 6 sets. He gladly recorded the 7th set I'm looking Sharp and tight with them, my right knee has slightly less mobility but hey it's what it is , still a damn good workout , all in all 200 pushups
I do those but kick my leg out as I'm going down not up
Fair play, I just think it's a preference I found it more with the cables on the way up, was a good result

JeeZ!!!!! Now, what I would do is drop 50% of the weight off the bar and take one set to absolute failure! Not saying you should or shouldn't.... just saying what I would do, lol.
That was after 4sets of 5 on 80 kilos and 2 reps on the fifth, got mad with it so slammed on 20 k and did a full rep 🤣🤣 I actually did to failure for 3 sets with only 2 , 15 kilo discs afterwards seriously spent time on em

Why would you think that? I was giving clear instructions while going through the motions, and the guy was cool with it and liked what I was doing. It was quite an intense workout, so instruction will be short and quickly given on what I need. I think you read into that too much. Instead of critiquing, how about giving it a try in the gym? 100 kilos on the bar, I wanted at least one rep. Happened after 4x5 of 90 k on the bar, went for a 5th set and got 2 reps. I then got mad as hell and slammed on the extra weight and took 5 minutes before going for it. It really was a good smooth lift. I'm gonna start building on getting more reps on that weight

I like the editing. If you ever do a video under 1 minute, compile it in 9:16 and it will load as a CZcams short. They get way more views, but the traffic is random instead of targeted. It might get you more subs. That is specifically why I like to mix some shorts in with my longer ones. your videos are getting better. Way better contrast at this facility. Lighting matters!!!
