My fat burn routine

  • I don't do cardio as people normally would do. I prefer using resistance with dynamic movement and maximising the whole body as much as possible.
    pretty much the whole body used. the superset at the start is an addition. Instead of doing 10x10, I did 5 of them. 10 reps. it was a new one and a really nice hard worker. the rest 10x 10 altogether about 30 minutes give a few extra. Good solid work, and honestly, whilst I upped the first part today, I've literally started cutting in more and becoming more solid
    also a thank-you to the 2 guys at the end. would have posted anyways and really wouldn't have minded. Whilst it's fun to video, the point is to do hard work and it's a shared space so wanted to recognise the 2 lads and say thank-you for them being nice about not walking infront.
