No where near enough duck meat but the sauce looks pretty good.
We don't really do chili's seeds or soup stock in curry, Also this dish main signature should be fruit like Lychee or if you don't have it then at least pineapple. Which part of Thailand is this guy living in? No fruit?

What is the liquid at 0:50 ?
stock, maybe vegetable because of the consistency and colour although I'm pretty sure it would be delicious if you use chicken stock as well
