Charles Redhead ,,He states that the medicine reduces gaba.Reducing gaba however does not increase stress; From what I know, many anxiolytics increase gaba levels,so does this medicine help reduce or increase stress?

Took my 1st 5mg dose today and am not noticing any side effects. Going up to the therapeutic 10mg daily dose next week. Will be commenting weekly on how this medication is affecting my depression and anxiety.

@@jonathandecaudin7410 2nd week on the 5mg. Thought was going up to 10mg this week but doing another week at this dose. Not really noticed much in the way of side effects other than mild nausea for about 2 hours after taking it. Not seen any change in my anxiety or depression yet, mabey it's not started working yet or the dose is too low. Will keep you posted

Hi Mohamed, I have searched the book and Iodine. I am kind of getting to where I want to use it because of its broad proven benefits. May I ask you please, do you have any personal experience to share?

You got it wrong. Depression and severe anxiety deliver cognitive problems for the most of the patients. That's a fact.
