Chocolate baked buns
600 g plain flour
200 g semi-coarse flour
100 g granulated sugar
270 ml of milk
90 g of butter
42 g of fresh yeast
2 eggs
1 pack vanilla sugar
1 piece of lemon peel
cooking chocolate, plum jam
Preparation of sourdough - mix yeast, teaspoon of sugar, 50 ml of milk, spoon of flour.
Leave to rise for 10 minutes.
Heat butter, sugar, vanillin sugar in milk.
Mix 1 whole egg into lukewarm milk.
Mix salt into the flour.
Pour flour into the sourdough and grate the lemon peel.
Pour the milk mixture and knead the dough for about 10 minutes.
Leave to rise for 50 minutes.
Gently roll out the dough to 1 cm.
Cut into squares.
Fill with 1 teaspoon of plum jam and 1 cube of chocolate.
Make buns.
Cover with a damp towel and leave to rise for 20 minutes.
Spread butter between the buns, then a beaten egg with a spoonful of milk.
Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes (monitor).
After baking, brush with melted butter.
