Reverse Beef Steak (subtitles) Video Recipe | Good Recipes from Agi

Turned beef cutlets and mashed potatoes
5 slices of beef leg
3 eggs
3 onions
breadcrumbs, lard, salt, black pepper
Dry the washed meat.
Cut the membranes.
Salt, season.
Pound the slices well in breadcrumbs.
Cut the onion.
Beat eggs for coating.
Dip the cutlets coated in breadcrumbs into the beaten eggs.
Fry in heated lard.
Just to fry the egg.
Place on a baking sheet, add onion and cover with hot water approx. 150 ml.
Bake at 180°C until soft, approx. 1 hour.
Bake uncovered for approx. 10 minutes before the end.
Mashed potatoes - boiled potatoes with cumin, salt, add a spoonful of butter and pop.
Add 150 ml of hot milk and nutmeg.
