    What would be your favorite topping for these donuts? I personally love salted caramel with bananas 😋

      1 QUESTION: 1 cup = 250 gr. 5 cups (775 g.)= ??????

    • @wiggleyum4347

      @@foodgamerstv3149 1 US measuring cup of flour weighs 120 grams.
      However, the amount really varies from cup to cup and how you actually fill it up.
      I weigh all of my ingredients on a scale and then use the cups to get approximate measure for North America that uses mostly cups.
      So, the most accurate measurement here is 775 grams of flour that I used, or 5 leveled cups.

    Thanks for the recipe! I will try it out. I usually skip recipes that need deep frying, but I will do an exception.

    If there is any left over dough what are your options? How long can it stay good for and is there a way to preserve it?.

    • @wiggleyum4347
      @wiggleyum4347  Před 3 lety

      Yes, after the first rise, you would need to shape it into whatever shape you choose and then freeze them like that on a tray. Once they are frozen, wrap it tightly with plastic wrap or foil and then place them in a sealed bag. When you're ready to use, thaw in the fridge overnight and then let them rest at room temperature for an hour or so before frying.

    Can you make a salted caramel cupcake video?

  • @HunniRoze

    Do you think I can use oat milk? I don’t have regular milk on me.

  • @patriciaalessandri5146

    If I use regular dry yeast, can I use the same amount?

  • @wls2948

    Can I bake this instead of frying?

    • @wiggleyum4347
      @wiggleyum4347  Před 2 lety

      Yes, you could.
      Once you shape them, place them on a lined baking sheet, cover them with a clean cloth and let rest for 30 minutes. Before baking, brush them with some melted butter and then sprinkle with sugar or cinnamon sugar mix (optional) and then bake at 350 °F for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy :-)

      Unfortunately, yeast cannot be replaced in this case, sorry about that :-(
