This woman "probably" is not happy in her position. Engagement is a two-way street. I believe in delivering the type of service I want to receive. As a general rule, you get in what you put out.

I need one I can show people in regular conversation 🙄 I have a friend that has no phone manners whatsoever.....you'll be talking to her, she's on social media, talking to other people, texting and you can tell she's having different conversations because shes not paying anything you say any attention 🙄 telling you "hold on" every 15 seconds, literally like im not even joking...yelling all in your ear and then when you're like "ok just call me back when you free" she like no, and real live expects you to just deal with that and sit on the phone looking dumb waiting till she gets to you like wtf

You Should ALWAYS Ask The Person After They Answer The Telephone And Say Hello Are You Busy Is This A Convenience Time To Talk? If He Or She Says They Can Talk Thank The Person For Excepting the call. ..The Other Party PAYS for Their Telephone not you

I can't stand filler words and when people chew gum. A friend talked to two nurses yesterday and they said I don't know and couldn't pronounce her name Cheryl! Ignorant

First, one should give their name and the companies name when calling! Don't use teen talk. I called my local Lexus dealer, and one of the men said, " no problem," so I reported him on the customer satisfaction survey.

"No problem" is not slang or "teen talk"; it means they are happy to help.. it is not a problem to them to provide assistance to you; sad someone was penalized due to this.
