    All is good but then all of sudden supervisor says . wrap the calls we have calls in queue. And then agent start skipping the details to end the call.

    I love the way he gave two available booking times during the second call, but there was never a question of when the party would be. Now that is incredible skills customer

    🤣🤣🤣 this is NOT how the actual call center works. Its always rushed watch your call time watch your after call. Basically, answer the call get to the point and get them off.
    Let me add supervisors telling you what you do wrong but you have customers begging to speak with you. Makes no sense how about tell me what I do correctly

      The training is meant more for a Family Entertainment facility, not a call center environment. Both environments should cater to the needs of the guest and make it easy for them.

    With the nature of my job, I'm like the second guy for the first half of the shift, enthusiastic and wanting to help.
    But for the second half, I become like the first guy, just become mentally fatigued and cba
