This was delightful, what wonderful little shop full of beautiful pieces, and the lady is so creative and has such a sweet temperament. I loved how she named her brand in tribute to her grandmother đ
One item after another had me on the edge of my seat as I watched the video! What an exquisite, extraordinary collection. I noticed repeatedly that with each item it was the one special detail in the midst of simplicity which set the garment apart. I know how to sew, and I am going to look at the pieces in my wardrobe and see how I might add special details. Thank you so very much for this video, and many thanks to Adeline too!

You made an excellent purchase, Marie-Anne. The colors in the plaid jacket are gorgeous, especially the blue, which accent the vest beautifully. I would love to see that jacket with a vicuña-colored crop-style trouser. So classic! One of my favorites-difficult to pick just one-was the beige and black pleated skirt with the coordinating blouse. The fabric was exquisite and so was the design. The designer is such a gracious person and her boutique reflects her demure personality and creativity. I loved the comment she made about her grandmother-very gentile. Thank you for sharing these moments with your friends. đ

What a lovely figure you have, too--so trim and fit. I am in love with the shop; I love the 19th century design from the wall paper to the piano to the mirror and paintings. The owner has lavished her energy and talent into creating a shop of splendor and delight. Her shirts that she designed are works of art. I don't know why Americans and Canadians don't create styling like this. The added details and of course the excellent fabric and construction are fantastic. Marie-Anne, the blue velour vest really pops when you put on the coordinating jacket. I'd like to us to see more boutique clothing stores in France like this.

Wait ... waistcoats (or vests, as we call them in the US) are stylish again? I've always loved them! The outfit you modeled at the end was my favorite but I also especially loved the sweater with the laced detail on the shoulder and sleeve. Bonjour today. I love these visits outside to pretty French villages and the countryside and of course through Paris. I remember when I was in Paris and saw the Eiffel Tower for the first time and I screamed in excitement. Everyone looked at me and laughed.

I would love to have the 70ÂŽs style skirt with black boots & sweater as you suggested, and the beautiful ruffled collar shirt. Everything else was wonderful too.
